WARRANTY. Stone Dimensions, Inc. ("Stone Dimensions") is please to provide the following limited warranty. Stone Dimensions warrants its products and workmanship to be free from defects for five (5) years.
If there is a defect in Stone Dimensions' products or workmanship within the time
frame indicated above, Stone Dimensions will repair or replace its work.
Stone Dimensions Warranty:
Stone Dimensions, Inc. ("Stone Dimensions") is please to provide the following limited warranty. Stone Dimensions warrants its products and workmanship to be free from defects for five (5) years.
If there is a defect in Stone Dimensions' products or workmanship within the time frame indicated above, Stone Dimensions will repair or replace its work.
Stone Dimensions warranty does not apply to failures caused by acts of God, or as a result of any misuse, abnormal use, or use in violation of any applicable standard, code, or instructions for use.
Natural stone has quality, color, veining, and other natural defects that are not covered under this warranty.
The above warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of Stone Dimensions under this warranty. NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE OR IS TO BE IMPLIED.
In no event, shall Stone Dimensions be liable for any other costs or damages including lost profits, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
