Meet Our Team
President | Sales Team | Installers | Engineering

As a business owner you always get asked what the single most important aspect is of running a successful enterprise. For me, although it may seem trite, it's the people. When you hire honest, smart, experienced, professional people, your business will succeed. The only thing I have to "do" is make sure they have the tools they need when they need them.

We are not unique in what we accomplish. Lots of companies have a good product and the means to sell it. What makes us unique is what we want to accomplish, and that we put our hearts into each phase of that process, with all our customers. We know that the customer comes first, but you'll find at Stone Dimensions that our employees live that sentiment in every task they tackle and in every interaction you have with us.

I love to walk through the shop every day, and the office, sharing a laugh or watching someone here be so good at what they do. The people that I am so proud to work alongside are the people you'll want to work with too.
- Jim Heuler, President

I have been involved with Stone Dimensions since the very beginning. We have built up a company with a highly skilled and diligent team that takes great pride in the work we do together. I have a passion for the beauty of natural stone and I enjoy making the experience of working with our company enjoyable for our customers. I believe our business success is built upon the principles of being respectful, honest and fair with our customers coupled with being dependable and innovative with our processes.
- Conor Williams, Sales

When I was hired at Stone Dimensions in the sales department, I knew right away that I had found a product I could stand behind, and a company who believes in the necessity of a true partnership with its customers. I really enjoy the personal contact of every order, and one of my strengths is following each one of my jobs to completion. That's where I get the most satisfaction, as well as the knowing the quality of the stone and what Stone Dimensions creates from it. In my 25 years of sales, working for such an innovative company, who uses a thoughtful process and a great product, makes my days worthwhile. Being able to interact with people is the best part.

President, Stone Dimensions
What makes us unique is what we want to accomplish, and that we put our hearts into each phase of that process, with all our customers.
I began at Stone Dimensions as a polisher, and I saw the process of making the countertops, vanities, tiles and whatever orders came in from the beginning stages. I saw these pieces emerge from slab, and got to know the installers by working along side them. I think it makes my take on selling it unique, and because we have such a great product, I am more excited about getting it out there. My confidence in my company is complete, because I know every step behind a beautifully installed kitchen or bathroom.
- Trevor Morris, Sales

When I started it was before Stone Dimensions even existed. I was here at the very beginning, learning all the different skills for stone fabrication to teach and train new hires. I like knowing a business inside out, the technical side as well as the "people" side. The way a machine works is a lot like how people work, and I like figuring it all out.
- Chuck Struebing, Production Manager

I was brought in as a stone polisher and installer about ten years ago, and a lot of my job now remains the same. I am a perfectionist, and knowing that nothing, no stone leaves my hands without looking the best it can for the customer is my motivation. Being a part of the SD team is a big part of why working here is good - I know what I am going to do when I get here, and who I am working with. It makes a difference.
- Matt Engel, Installation and Polisher

I started here as a teenager, mowing the lawn and doing outside maintenance. Then I started helping out in back, learning about polishing and organizing our stock of stone. That went into installing kitchens and bathrooms and shower basins - you name it. I like that I have grown here at Stone Dimensions, and I plan to be here a long time. I like that we all take our time and get each install right; we're not just cranking out each job like it's a cookie cutter. I watch the other guys and how they handle problems that come up and I can see how much they care that they get it right. That's the only way that is acceptable at Stone Dimensions - the right way.
- Josh Hansen, Installation

Looking back, it was my friendship with Stone Dimensions' owner, Jim Heuler, that brought me here. He gave me a medium to do what I loved to do, create art with natural materials, and allowed me to evolve within the company. It's rare that a "job" meets my standard of what I consider fulfilling, and working here is as close as I've ever had. I know not everyone has a work place wherein they get to do things they love with people they get along with.
- Leo Barton, Engineering

My first job at Stone Dimensions was cleaning the cobwebs off the outside windows in 2000, but then I finished my engineering degree and began more "challenging" jobs. My job focused mainly on learning the Water Jet and Milling machines, programming and installation. What I really like is seeing something rough and unready become something polished and beautiful - and it's the same with customers: I like to see their reactions to their new kitchen or bathroom. They get so excited, and I like being a part of that.
- Dave Moss, Engineering

I started in 2003 with lawn maintenance and general building care, and evolved into running both the Water jet and Breton. When I get a slab of material I get to figure out where to start and stop sections of counter top or vanity so the grains look consistent - so the customer gets exactly what they are asking for. I like the complexities of stone, on one hand it is this incredibly durable and strong force, and yet it's also got these artistic waves of pattern that look almost fragile in their beauty - it's like a mathematical problem I get to solve every day.
- Scott Struebing, Engineering

I created the profiled edges on all of our countertops. It is rewarding to see a beautiful kitchen or bathroom emerge from a raw slab of stone, and I never get tired of it. I take pride in my work, and have tremendous respect for the rest of our staff as well. Thanks to the creativity of our sales people and engineers, our fabrication team stands out because we are continually embracing new projects that other companies just aren't comfortable with, and you would be amazed at what we can make out of stone. It is encouraging to hear industry reps, who travel to shops all over the country, see our work and say, "No one else is doing what you guys do." This is why I am privileged to be part of the Stone Dimensions team.
