Step 1
ESTIMATE
Your journey begins by connecting with your dedicated sales rep. We’ll listen to your ideas, understand your needs, and guide you through materials that fit your style and budget. This is where we’ll answer your questions, review any inspiration photos, and set clear expectations for timing and investment.
Step 2
SELECTIONS
Once your contract is signed, our engineer will visit your space to take precise laser measurements for a flawless fit. Using Slabsmith software, we’ll design your slab layout, including vein placement, and review it with you for approval. Before we arrive, your countertops must be completely cleared off—we can also assist with removing your existing tops if needed.
Step 6
COMPLETION
Once your new countertops are in place, we’re still here for you. We offer a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship, and your sales rep remains your go-to for any questions, care tips, or future updates. You’ll also receive a care package with stone cleaner and our Care & Maintenance Guide so you can keep your stone looking stunning for years to come.
